Everyone was very nice and all went well.Mu only issue was that i came in for my 30000 service.I have the prepaid plan that i purchased when i bought the car. when i checked out they said they had flushed the brake lines and owes $123 for that service.That was the first i had heard of it being part of the 30k service and had not been previously asked about whether i wanted to do that service today since obviously it was not covered in
my prepaid plan.Anyways i had the money and paid for the brake fluid flush but would have liked
to
have been notified
prior to them
doing it

Juan recently helped our son purchase his first car post college and it was by far the best car buying experience! juan was very easy to work with and his knowledge of subaru’s was incredible. we had looked at dealerships from jax to melbourne, orlando and all those in between. jacksonville subaru and juan just surpassed all the others! the customer service and follow up - the best. we will definitely drive from melbourne to purchase our next car here!

The service department staff are very pleasant at all times during my visits. the routine service is very quick and efficient. i even got a discount when i asked but i think you have to ask and that i can certainly do. i'll always have a subaru and hope to deal with the arlington store the next time i buy.

I love dealing with subaru of jacksonville. mike neeham and roy s. always treat me very well. they service my car quickly and efficiently and make me feel like i'm the only customer they have. they go above and beyond in the treatment of clients.
i usually do not give 5 stars as i always feel that there's room for improvement. but not with subaru of jacksonville. they deserve all 5.

I was quoted a time of 1 hour for my car's 6 month maintenance. i was told it was ready 40 min later. when i got back in the car, i noticed the touch screen was not responding. they promptly fixed that in just a few minutes and i was on my way. i was pleased with the experience all around. gabriel was polite and helpful as i handed the keys over and as he handed them back to me.
