I was a csr for this company 1 year 8 1/2 months. i want to how many times you were given any satisfaction for work you do for this company. instead of thank you for the work you do the supervisor sits in chair the looks at computer all day in air conditioner waiting for the check at the end of the week & bonus at the end of the year. never verify customer satisfaction. i discovered supervisor is only the name of the position. how do they know the mistake and never leave the office to supervise the unfinished work of others? the supervisor rather intimidate the employer to complete the work at a certain time to receive a larger bonus. don"t mind the amount of work, trouble for work not being completed the day prior, and most of all traffic. intimidation will cause an individual to have an accident. and when you don't follow the intimidation you lose your job. this is why i lost my job, because i was always trying to put the customer first.

I've work with this company for 10 years . i never do reviews but this company is awful. i only use them because i have to by law and that's the only reason they are still in business. bad call back and horrible customer service.

This place is a pleasure to deliver to. the docks are super- clean and easy to back in to. if you're lucky enough to get the spot next to the pond, take it, and shut your engine off. the geese love to rest here and it makes for a very relaxing stop. unfortunately, the dock jockey is very friendly, kind, and efficient. he's quick, so you won't be here long.
