Would love to join the csx team! trains have been a hobby of mine ever since i was a little kid, and they always say that the absolute best job one can have is to work with something that is enjoyable! currently working as a director of drafting & design in a small sub 200 employee construction company managing all in house design build projects a as well as the asbuilt drawings for the closeout & warranty team.

The leadership has caused slowdowns of all sorts. when i leave for work at 4 am to be to work by 6am that's a problem. i understand why the stops are made but the change over and planning are terrible. please solve these issues and work out the kinks. it's not conductor's faults they are following the given plans and guidance from management. i don't expect csx to sway to every request made but there are numerous folks dealing with the same issue. please consider the families that are affected by this.

Csx is my favorite class 1line, but you should have maryland midland (mmid) have the track from hagerstown to baltimore (hanover sub) have trackage rights, but you should both operate on those lines because comparing the two you, csx are a class 1 railway, maryland midland is a class 3 line with only 70 miles of track while as you csx, own about over 21,000 miles of track, you should think about it and share. when you, csx chairman, michael ward, when you a kid. i bet you had you're favorite toy, and you keep it and when the other kid wanted and you never gave it to him. maryland midland needs it. they (mmid) only have 6 locomotives. while csx has 9999 am i right, csx?
ask them csx and trust me.
